A SUNSET PROPOSAL IN MYKONOS

A LITTLE MYKONOS MAGIC

There is something about Mykonos in the late afternoon.

The light becomes softer, the sea begins to glow, and as the sun slowly moves towards the horizon, everything seems to quiet down for just a moment.

It was exactly the atmosphere we wanted for Mitchel and Paige.

Away from the crowds and out on the water, their private yacht became an intimate setting created especially for the two of them.

The scenery did most of the talking.
Our job was simply to complement it.

A private yacht. The Aegean at sunset. One very important question. And the easiest “yes.”

There are some moments that deserve more than a beautiful setting. They deserve to feel completely personal.

For Mitchel and Paige, that moment unfolded on the waters of Mykonos, surrounded by the soft colours of the sunset, white florals, candlelight and the endless blue of the Aegean.

What began as an evening at sea was about to become a memory they would carry with them forever.

AND THEN CAME THE QUESTION...

As the sun began to set over the Aegean, the moment Mitchel had been waiting for finally arrived.

Surrounded by flowers and candlelight, with the sea stretching out around them, he asked Paige to marry him.

And she said YES. ♡

From that point on, there was no need for a script.

The photographs tell the rest of the story beautifully — the ring, the smiles, the embraces and those little moments between two people when everything else around them seems to disappear.

CHAMPAGNE, SUNSET & THAT RING

Of course, a moment like this deserved a celebration.

Champagne was poured, the yacht continued across the water and Mykonos gave them the perfect backdrop as the sky moved through its beautiful sunset colours.

And then there was the ring.
A few photographs were definitely necessary.

Against the sea, the fading sunlight and a glass of champagne, Paige’s new engagement ring had its own little moment — and rightly so.

JUST THE TWO OF THEM

One of our favourite things about this proposal was what happened after the big question.

Once the surprise was over, there was nothing left to organise or anticipate.

Mitchel and Paige could simply enjoy it.

A glass of champagne. A kiss. A laugh. Holding hands as the yacht moved across the Aegean.

Those unplanned moments often become the most memorable ones. Because ultimately, beautiful events aren’t only about how everything looks. They’re about how everything feels.

SHE SAID YES IN MYKONOS ♡

From the first styling details to the moment the candles were glowing against the evening sky, this proposal was designed to feel intimate, effortless and completely personal to Mitchel and Paige.

Mykonos provided the backdrop. The Aegean gave us the sunset.
And Mitchel brought the most important detail of all — the question.

It was an absolute pleasure for Evental to plan, coordinate, style, decorate and produce such a special chapter in their story.
